Our Founders
Mike Tribbett
Mike, a graduate of Colorado State University, is the owner and founder of Mike's Meat Market, LLC where he runs a successful meat processing and harvest facility. With seventeen years of industry experience, he is well-rounded in every aspect of meat processing. Past experience includes Colorado State University Meats Laboratory and research and development with Swift and Co. Mike has a passion for helping others and for learning more about the agriculture industry.

Heidi Tribbett
Heidi, also a graduate of Colorado State University, has had a successful career as the owner/manager of Mike's Meat Market. Heidi also has extensive knowledge of the meat industry with fifteen years of experience in areas such as meat specification, labeling compliance, inventory control, and retail management. Her past experience include product verification and tenderness testing for Safeway Grocers in their corporate office as well as the Colorado State University Meat Laboratory where she got her start in meat science. Her passion is driven by providing services and assistance to others aspiring to own and operate a business.
